"Best Decision Ever"
I started my journey at Elemental almost 3 years ago. When I started I was at a point in my life that I needed to do something. I was not happy with myself, my weight and lots of other things. I reached out to Elemental and got started. When I started, I came in alone. and it was literally one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life. But immediately I started making friends. People would come up to you and talk to you, asking what they can do to help you. Everyone is very welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions you have. I never felt out of place or that I didn’t belong. All of the trainers are amazing, they make sure that you are always doing proper form so you don’t get hurt! And they are so supportive and encouraging. About a year into crossfit, I had my bloodwork done and my doctor was so amazed with the results. I got to cut my blood pressure medicine in half!! Anyhow, I love my gym!!! I’m so glad I took that first walk through the door! I have made some amazing life long friends that I will always have! I’ve met my most dearest friend, who is now more like my sister than a friend. My health is getting better everyday! I have two kids that I want to be around for a long time. My oldest daughter now goes with me, hopefully my youngest daughter will follow someday! And I have terrible anxiety.. in fact I’m only comfortable literally like 3 places. I’m comfortable at home with my kids, I’m comfortable at work and at Elemental! That is because it is so amazing! The people make the gym what it is. We are a family! Starting Elemental CrossFit was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
