Split Jerk (3-3-3-3 60%)
From Rack- carefully lower the weight after each rep and jerk the next rep. Drop if necessary but try not to drop. Load is lighter so work on speed and positioning!
Pick a partner and do this sprint work relay style. Partners split the 12 sprints so each will do 6.
Focus on good drive and stride on the way out and then focus on the close on the way back
