Amy is a wife, and mother of three who is dedicated to leading a healthy and fit lifestyle. She grew up as an athlete through grade school and high school participating in basketball, volleyball, and track. She continues her physical lifestyle by participating in CrossFit, and is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. Amy enjoys helping others obtain their goals of a healthy lifestyle, and enjoys helping them reach their full potential of being physically fit through coaching and leading by example.
Caleb is very passionate about fitness and over the last 10 years has been actively involved in personal training, body building and CrossFit. Caleb is also very passionate about nutrition and is our resident nutrition expert at Elemental CrossFit.
Caleb always subscribes to the methods he teaches and always leads by example. During his younger years Caleb was involved in Football and Wrestling and even wrestled at the collegiate level. Caleb loves to help people reach their goals and is always eager to help anyone that walks through the doors at Elemental.
Carl is a CrossFit L 1 Trainer and a great person in general.
This journey began because of his passion to make the community better and healthier. His goal as a CrossFit Trainer is to help inspire and lead Elemental’s athletes to make long-term lifestyle changes. He believes in CrossFit’s scalability and functional movements as well as its community. This allows for a positive training environment helping our athletes overcome their perceived limitations and achieve their full potential.

Kurt has participated in a wide range of sports starting at a very early age. Kurt really enjoys CrossFit because it never gets boring. Every day is a new challenge and new opportunity to improve and be fit. Kurt liked CrossFit from the very first time he tried it because it was designed so that everyone, regardless of athletic ability, can participate together. The supportive atmosphere and community aspect of CrossFit really fuel Kurt’s passion for fitness. In addition to CrossFit Kurt really enjoys working on the Olympic Lifts and weightlifting in general.
Kurt really likes working with the Elemental CrossFit members to set goals and reach them. “Having a member reach a goal is a million times more satisfying than reaching one of my own!”

Shanna (pronounced shwan – na) is a wife and mother who loves living an active life style and setting an example for her children and athletes. Shanna is passionate about movement patterns and helping people understand and achieve their goals. Shanna loves Olympic Weightlifting. Her favorite cheat meal is pizza.
Zach has been an avid CrossFitter for approximately four years now. He was hooked from the first day,
when he discovered he couldn’t do ten consecutive pull‐ups. He grew up playing any sport that was
available to him, including varsity baseball and basketball. Zach was fortunate enough to continue his
athletic journey and love for fitness by playing collegiate baseball.
Zach has a strong passion for CrossFit and its ability to push people both physically and mentally. He
loves the positive atmosphere it creates, and watching friendships form among the community. As a
coach, there is no greater feeling than seeing someone, regardless of their age or ability level,
accomplish a goal that they have been working toward at the box.
